CCTV systems are a great way to help keep your home and small business safe and secure, but CCTV has often causes headaches as each camera needs a power supply and additional cable to run back to the main dvr, to record and display pictures.

Here at Repair or replace we offer only new systems, we will not look at older systems not installed by one of installers,

There are 2 systems we offer: a p.o.c system and a p.o.e system

P.o.c system

We can provide a system with up to 16 cameras, all linked to one dvr and viewable on your smart device, the p.o.c system does not require any additional power sockets to be installed as the cameras receive their power through coax lead that links the camera with the dvr, power over cable ( p.o.c ) these camera can give hd quality pictures at 1080p just through the coax back to the dvr using 5 mega pixel cameras. Coax will need to be installed for each camera but once in place will serve the need for power as well as picture.

P.o.e systems

Very similar to p.o.c systems, however this is done over cat6 cabling so as the name suggests power over Ethernet, no additional power sockets are required as it takes power from the back of the dvr using cat6 cabling, picture quality on these cameras is much higher quality at 4K uhd quality, using 8 mega pixel cameras,

As always all of our work is guaranteed, before any work commences a full in-depth survey will be carried out, so you can tell us, and we may suggest where you may want to have cameras installed, we will endeavour to see that all cabling is run in a safe and unobtrusive position well away from the reaches of vandals and would be thieves.
